Program Designer
Program Designer is an Open Source project which is being developed by some enthousiastic students.
By use of Drag & Drop, the user is able to create programs or games, even without any knowledge of programming.
It is also a great advantage for programmers, since they don't have to get lost in a big block of code.
Several students from the Chr. Gymnasium Sorghvliet in The Hague started this project, to participate with CodeYard. Visit the About page for more background information.

Program Designer, or for short PD, has a simple interface, with a toolbox, a designer, a properties window and a program explorer.
In the designer, you have tabs, representing a form (window) or it's code. From the toolbox, items can be dragged into the designer, adding code or controls.
In the properties window, the properties can be changed, making it possible for you to let the program do what you want.
The simplicity comes from the program items. There should be as less as possible, but with the full functionality of already existing programming studios.
PD has proven its power by winning the audiance-prize in the CGOSA 2008. This prize was given by the other teams. You can read about the final in the following links:
